  I will never take my child her for ortho if you can afford to go somewhere else then take him they over charge and don't do the work we are moving so I asked to be only charged for what we have completed on my son's mouth(nothing ) not to charge his insurance so I could use it else where they charged it anyway and told me that I still owe them money I'm beyond pissed!! Don't trust the company tried to talk to someone in management and they refuse to call me back! Well today I had to come out my pocket with 300 more dollars just for a manager to talk to me and them to see my child so I made them take his braces off they told him that they couldn't put the top braces on bc he had too much plaque on his teeth to put the top ones on!!!!!! I will never deal with this company again in life my son said that they where telling him his mouth was nasty and he had poor brushing habits(I really don't know all that was said bc they don't let you in the back with your child)i went to another dentist and he didn't say nothing of the sort the guy just didn't want to work on my child's mouth very unprofessional do not take your child here*********

  I had fillings done and the dentist messed one of them up. I mentioned it to him and another dentist but they didn't do anything about it. I had a cleaning on July 14 and they told me it was bad, I told them the situation that had happened with that tooth and they told me they would call me to schedule my appointment... It is now the end of August and no one has called me I have called 2 times a week and left messages and I got no where. So now I am going to take my business somewhere else. When I come in to have a cleaning the front desk girls are normally sitting there talking or someone is there to answer the phone. I have never been disappointment in this dentist ever until now.
