  I'm answering this prematurely. I took my boat in for a engine repair that I caused. They are a very busy shop. However they called me with the diagnosis and estimate. Sure enough I caused it. They gave me my estimate and approximate day to pick it up. I showed up at the designated time. They showed me what I should not do again. They hooked up the water hose to the engine. And it started right up and ran like it was supposed to. That made me very happy. I paid the bill took my boat home. And it has rained everyday since. But if it runs on the lake like it did in the test at the shop. Then I have found a new good mechanic and shop. God willing I will be out on the lake this week. And will update this further. But at this time. David did exactly what I wanted and what he said was wrong with it. So at this time I am a happy boater again.
