  I've had good to fair experience here before, but today I waited almost an hour, and when they called it done, the job was unacceptable. They had put a paper mat on the driver's floorboard, covering up trash they hadn't vacuumed up, including gum on the carpet that wasn't there before they started working. And there were streaks on the exterior that I could rub off with my thumb, but somehow the wash I paid them for didn't get the streaks off. I don't plan to waste my time or money here again... The only reason I'm not giving one star is they've done right by me in the past.
